Fact of the Day: Car Deaths

Over a million people die every year in car crashes worldwide. The rate is higher among 3rd world nations than 1st world nations.

  4. I had no idea it was that high. It doesn't really surprise me that it is higher in third world countries. I don't think they have the laws and guidelines in place that we have here.

  6. Stricker driver rules and these disgraceful statistics would not
    exist. Idiot drivers kill - not cars!
    And for people above NOT to know of these statistics all I can assume that they live in a world of TRUMPVILLE!

  7. The carnage on the roads is tragic. I was in several accidents when I was young (as a passenger). I'm still traumatized, and I struggle to drive constantly. Bring on autonomous cars soon, please!
